ICE to launch FTTH in Costa Rica

Source: globalvisionmag.com December 30, 2014,   State-owned utility firm Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE), which offers telecoms services under the Kolbi brand, is to launch its fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network in mid-2015, El Financiero reported.   Kolbi’s network is expected to pass 150,000 homes at launch, although prices will be determined closer to that time, ICE’s head of infrastructure Adolfo Arias was quoted as saying.   Full Article&
